FREE Online Introduction to Psychosynthesis

Psychosynthesis offers a way of understanding the inner patterns that influence your choices, relationships, and sense of meaning.

In these FREE online introductory courses, Psychosynthesis counsellors Fiona Mackay and Bill Rout will guide you through some core maps and models to give you an idea why this approach is so practical and transformative.

Each intro session is geared to the needs of the participants, so each experience is unique. You are welcome to attend more than once. At the start of the course, participants are asked about their needs and desired outcomes for the time together, and then the information is modified to suit the attendees. Some choices offered for the sessions include psychosynthesis themes, background, history, experientials, and training information.
