about this session

A door. A guide. Two hours. See what’s inside.

In this guided group experience, psychosynthesis practitioner Fiona Mackay will lead you through a vivid inner journey using the imagination as a doorway to self-understanding. What you find there is entirely yours, shaped by your own psyche, your own symbols, your own story.

Psychosynthesis works with the whole person: body, feelings, and mind, and uses imagination and creativity to support self-discovery and bring clarity to your process. This session is a gentle but often surprisingly revealing introduction to that approach. There is no right or wrong way to experience it. Fiona will hold the group with warmth and care throughout.

During the guided journey, you will be asked to use your creativity to bring your imagination to life. After, there will be time to reflect, and, if you wish, share a little of what came up within the safety of the group.
