about this session

Every night, your unconscious speaks, but most of us haven’t been taught to listen.

In this online workshop, Jeni McGarry, a dedicated Dream Practitioner and retired Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist with 25 years of experience, shares how her own dreams have guided her toward deeper healing and wholeness.

Drawing on the legacy of Margaret Bowater and the wisdom of Jungian dreamwork, Jeni will walk you through:

๐ŸŒ™ How dreams release emotional blockages, support healing, and promote wholeness

๐ŸŒ™ The ancient tradition of dreaming as a source of insight and inspiration

๐ŸŒ™ A guided exploration of your own unconscious

Youโ€™ll leave with tools to begin uncovering the magic, inspiration, and healing that can come from understanding your dreams.
