about this session
What makes you feel safe, valued, and inspired?
How can you bring more of this into your life now?
In this online workshop, we will spend time connecting to our bodies, feelings, and mind to better understand our sense of identity. By exploring Turangawaewae, or a place to stand, as an internal or felt sense, we can feel more aligned with our values and better understand our purpose and meaning in life. By using imagery, music, and movement, we will experience pausing and checking in with ourselves to see what information and wisdom is seeking to emerge and inform us of what is most needed in our lives right now to support our unfolding journey.
